Three Generations at the Table

In 1955, Paul A. Buscemi acquired a small party store in Detroit with little capital but relentless determination. He introduced the Italian submarine sandwich to the Detroit area, creating the now-trademarked Torpedo and Baby Sub. After years of perfecting his dough, sauce, and recipes, he crafted what we still believe is the finest Italian pizza in the market.

When son Anthony joined the family business, they saw an opportunity. In 1974, they became the first company to franchise the Party Shoppe concept in Michigan. Today, with over 50 locations across the state, the Buscemi name stands for quality, tradition, and that unmistakable Detroit flavor.
